The ALS Association is seeking a Care Services Manager to develop and sustain professional and community relationships, ensuring high-quality, uniform care for people living with ALS and their families. The role includes supervising care services staff, coordinating resources, and educating patients and professionals about ALS services and research.

The ideal candidate will reside in the Seattle area or surrounding region, work remotely, and be willing to travel to local ALS clinics to support

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree in social work, case management, health administration or related field is required.
• Minimum 4 years of related professional experience and/or training.
• Demonstrated ability with management skills: problem-solving, budgeting, planning and performance improvement.
• Experience with progressive neurodegenerative disease is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Develops professional and community relationships to provide care and support for people living with ALS and their caregivers.
• Manage field staff in the assigned territory to ensure services reach those living with ALS and families.
• Coordinate information on programs, resources and educational materials for ALS communities.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers and community agencies to coordinate referrals and partnerships.
• Evaluate and support the effectiveness of ALS support groups and outcomes.
