Job summary

Keller in Alpharetta, GA is seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to oversee slab-on-ground post-tensioning projects in the multifamily residential market. You will coordinate with sales and engineering to keep projects on schedule, within scope, and aligned with client requirements.

The role requires strong coordination, CAD familiarity, and ability to prepare material estimates, while collaborating across teams to promote company capabilities and win new work.

Qualifications

• 5 years of relevant construction experience in multifamily projects.
• Knowledge of concrete foundation construction methods and reinforcing materials.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• AutoCAD experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word/Excel.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple projects to ensure on-time, within-scope completion with field service support.
• Develop engineering/field installation plans with corporate engineering while maintaining project documents.
• Develop comprehensive estimates for materials required on each project.
• Collaborate with sales, engineering, and operations to ensure smooth execution.
• Attend industry associations/events to promote capabilities and identify new business opportunities.
