Job summary

Hawaiian Airlines is seeking Flight Attendants to ensure guest safety and deliver exceptional hospitality. Bases include Honolulu, Los Angeles, and Seattle with union representation. Responsibilities include safety demonstrations, guest assistance, in-flight service, and emergency procedures.

Training is eight weeks, unpaid, with FAA certification and travel flexibility across bases. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, college education preferred, business-level Italian, English

Qualifications

• Two years of direct customer experience in hospitality or airline industry.
• Must speak business level Italian and read Latin script.
• Vertical Reach of 82” without shoes.
• Satisfactorily complete annual FAA‑approved re‑certification.
• Ability to learn and maintain emergency procedures per Hawaiian and FAA.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to resolve difficult situations.
• Stand for 4–17 hours and lift 25 lbs.
• Complete FAA‑approved eight‑week training program (unpaid).
• Able to serve alcohol and relocate within the U.S.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Preflight preparation & briefings for safety and onboard services.
• Greet guests, assist with seating and luggage.
• Demonstrate safety equipment and ensure compliance.
• Direct and assist guests during emergencies; file reports.
• Provide in‑flight food & beverage service and onboard sales.
• Prepare cabin for landing and assist with deplaning.
• Maintain knowledge of emergency procedures and regulations.
• Collaborate with crew for a seamless guest experience.
• Perform emergency duties including evacuations and equipment handling.
