Job summary

Hawaiian Airlines seeks a Flight Attendant to ensure guest safety and deliver aloha service in the cabin. The role supports preflight, in-flight service, and post-flight duties across multiple bases (Honolulu, Los Angeles, Seattle).

Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED, strong customer service, and English fluency; French is a plus. Willingness to relocate for training and deployments is required.

Qualifications

• Two (2) years of direct customer experience in hospitality or airline industry or four (4) years in general customer service.
• Must speak and read business English (and French as specified).
• Able to perform physically demanding tasks and lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Preflight preparation & briefings to review flight details and onboard services.
• Greet guests, assist with seating and carry-on stowage, provide courteous service.
• Demonstrate safety equipment and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Direct and assist guests during emergencies and complete incident reports.
• Provide in-flight food/beverage service and handle onboard transactions.
• Prepare cabin for landing and assist with deplaning as needed.
