Job summary

Blue Springs - Hawaiian Bros Island Grill is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the General Manager and AGM in running shifts and ensuring a welcoming guest experience. You will help manage scheduling, labor planning, inventory, and payroll while upholding company values and standards.

You will also lead team development, recruit and onboard Crew and Leads, and monitor safety, cleanliness, and financial performance to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience in team management or restaurant operations preferred.
• Strong communicator with a passion for helping others grow.
• Able to adapt to change and lead the team in adjusting as needed.

Responsibilities

• Support GM/AGM in running shifts and ensuring a positive guest experience.
• Assist with scheduling, labor planning, inventory oversight, and payroll processing.
• Help recruit, onboard, and develop crew, leads, and trainers.
• Monitor safety, cleanliness, and financial health through inventory and labor oversight.
• Track expenses and share insights with the GM/AGM for continuous improvement.
