Job summary
TALENT Software Services seeks a seasoned OpenText ALM expert in San Francisco to lead ALM administration and test management initiatives, focusing on robust test planning, lab management, releases and cycles, and strong requirements traceability.

Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in OpenText ALM / Quality Center administration and test management support.
- Strong expertise in Test Plan, Test Lab, Releases & Cycles, Requirements Traceability, Defect Management, and Dashboard Reporting.
- Experience in bulk data uploads, mass updates of test instances, tester assignments, execution scheduling, Excel integrations, and OTA/API-based automation.
- Ability to troubleshoot ALM configuration, user access, workflow customization, project setup, and performance issues.
