Pyramid It Consulting is seeking a senior Transformation Leader to drive ALM/PLM program delivery across a global enterprise. You will guide strategic deployments, align IT and business objectives, and manage budgets and governance while mentoring teams for improved performance.
The role emphasizes deep Polarion/DOORS expertise, system integration with Jira and CI/CD, and strong executive communication to ensure on-time delivery and high quality across multiple regions.
Drive digital transformation of ALM solution ensuring alignment with business objectives and IT strategy.
Lead ALM solution deployment for the enterprise including governance, budgets, program priorities and key technical decisions.
Align Global Product Engineering, IT, Quality, and Compliance teams to ensure program schedules and delivery metrics meet business objectives within budget .
Track cross-product dependencies, maintain risk registers, drive mitigation plans, and facilitate agile change management for operational readiness Manage and develop the ALM team, fostering engagement, coaching, and talent growth. Collaborate closely with business, IT (architecture, cybersecurity, infrastructure, finance), and external partners to deliver effective solutions. Organize team tasks and resources to balance workloads and maximize individual strengths.
Provide reports as necessary to executives on program health, release predictability, and product quality
Develop and oversee technical solution designs, data modeling, and workflow configurations within Polarion ALM.
Work with business to evaluate the pros and cons of customizations is specific scenarios and make decisions.
Guide technical teams in customizing Polarion Work Items, LiveDocs, project templates, and developing custom widgets/extensions.
System Integration: Spearhead integrations between Polarion and other enterprise tools such as Teamcenter, Jira, Git, and various CI/CD pipelines. Data Migration: Lead the mapping and migration of historical data from legacy requirement engineering tools into a unified Polarion environment Technical Mentorship: Mentor internal development resources, and ensure the adoption of best practices for system stability and performance
Bachelors or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
12+ years of progressive experience in Technical Program Management and Software/Systems Engineering, specifically within global or heavily matrixed manufacturing/automotive organizations.
Deep hands-on knowledge of ALM/PLM tools—primarily Siemens Polarion, DOORS, or similar systems. Proficiency in Java, XML, and web services API development for custom scripting.
Strong understanding of embedded systems development, product lifecycles, and software deployment practices (Agile/Scrum/Waterfall).
Excellent executive communication, conflict resolution, and change leadership. Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional teams and values across diverse geographic regions.
