Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience building, deploying, and leading the integration of Polarion.
• Experience with Digital Factory ecosystems (PLM, ERP, Logistics, ALM, MES).
• Broad end-to-end knowledge of the product development lifecycle from multiple perspectives: operator, quality engineering, quality assurance, logistics, etc.
• Experience partnering with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical reality.

Responsibilities

• Act as the subject matter expert for Polarion while supporting Molex's digital transformation.
• Analyze, architect, develop and implement ALM strategy to improve product development processes.
• Develop process and value stream maps; write and test business cases.
• Configure and model the global, enterprise-wide Polarion system.
• Knowledge of implementation for common integrations.
• Implementation, testing and validation of designs and solutions.
• Responsible for technical mentoring of other Polarion engineers.
