Job summary

Credigy, headquartered in Norcross, GA, is seeking an Associate for Asset Liability Management and funding strategy. You will analyze funding strategies for consumer loan portfolios, assess interest-rate risk, and support strategic financial decisions across Credigy and NBC. Visa sponsorship is not available.

You will partner with Investments and Credit teams to identify funding risks, develop scenarios, and translate complex financial concepts into actionable insights for senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field.
• 4–7 years in treasury, ALM, or related finance.
• Knowledge of fixed income concepts such as duration, PV, yield curves.
• Advanced Excel for financial models and analyses.
• Strong analytical and business judgment with ability to translate numbers into recommendations.
• Excellent communication to explain complex concepts to non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Develop funding strategies for new and existing investments, including analysis of tenor, structure, timing, and interest rate sensitivity.
• Collaborate with Investments and Credit teams to identify funding risks and propose mitigations.
• Assess and assign Funding Risk Ratings for transactions.
• Analyze interest rate risk using metrics like EVE, NII, DV01 and other ALM measures.
• Perform scenario and sensitivity analyses on rates, asset performance and prepayments.
• Support IRRBB analyses for NBC/OSFI reporting and governance.
• Build and maintain financial models and reporting tools for funding decisions.
• Prepare analyses and materials for senior management with clear insights.
