Job summary

The Juris Agency in Montgomery County (Skippack area) is seeking an Insurance Agency Manager to lead agency sales, customer service and administration in a full-time role. You will develop marketing and sales strategies, supervise staff, and foster relationships with real estate agents, mortgage lenders, title companies and automotive partners to grow revenue and client satisfaction.

Pennsylvania Property & Casualty license is required; Life & Health license is a bonus.

Qualifications

• Property & Casualty license is required in PA.
• Life & Health license is a bonus.
• Previous sales experience in an insurance agency.
• Ability to multi-task and lead staff.
• Proactive, self-starter with a sense of urgency.

Responsibilities

• Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
• Develop and implement new marketing and sales strategies.
• Lead and inspire Agency Sales and Customer Retention.
• Develop ongoing networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, etc.
• Foster lasting relationships with new business sources, clients and prospects.
• Expand Agency referral programs.
• Manage Customer Service, office operations and administration.
