Job summary

Allstate Insurance Agency in Orlando's Lake Nona office is hiring for a permanent, full-time position. We provide training and support to help you achieve your Florida state license, with Monday to Friday hours 8:55 AM to 5:25 PM.

We value friendly, reliable team members with office experience, and you will greet customers, discuss referrals, verify contact details, and handle calls. Training is provided and assessments are required after applying.

Qualifications

• Office environment work experience is required.
• Must be familiar with Microsoft software, such as Outlook.
• Must have reliable transportation and be punctual.
• Detail oriented and customer-focused.
• Willing to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and coachable.

Responsibilities

• Immediately greet all customers, in a friendly and helpful manner.
• Ask each customer for referrals and explain our referral program.
• Verify phone numbers, addresses and email addresses with each customer contact and update customer information.
• Answer incoming phone calls on the first ring.
