Job summary

Fabletics is seeking an Allocator to manage inventory and perform allocation analysis across retail channels, reporting to the Allocation Manager. You will drive KPIs, support planning, and collaborate with Planning, Merchandising, Marketing and Store Operations to optimize stock levels.

The role emphasizes analytical rigor, problem-solving, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment at our El Segundo headquarters. Candidates with AI literacy and 1+ year of allocation experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business/finance/accounting preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of wholesale/retail apparel allocation and inventory management experience.
• Strong understanding of financial metrics: sales, gross margin, inventory turn, ST%, weeks of supply.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to build relationships with peers and cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work independently on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Foundational AI literacy and comfort with new technologies.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates and executes allocation analysis to distribute inventory to all sales channels for a specified time horizon.
• Reviews and assesses risk on sales plan gaps based on allocated inventory.
• Facilitates weekly buy-ins with planning on allocation changes, reasons, and impact.
• Assists senior analysts and Allocation Manager in resolving exceptions.
• Drives improvements to allocation process in accuracy and speed.
• Reviews financial implications for changes in supply week over week.
• Reviews projected inventory and identifies deficiencies with planning & allocation.
