Job summary

Astrya Global Medical Staffing is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a 13-week assignment in Albany, Oregon. The role includes overnight sleep testing setup and recording PSG data within a Sleep Lab team.

Shifts run from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM, with potential extension. Compensation is $59–$64 per hour. Applicants should maintain an Oregon PSGT license, RPSGT certification, and BLS.

Qualifications

• Maintain current unencumbered Oregon Polysomnographic Technologist (PSGT) License.
• Maintain Registered Polysomnographic Technologist (RPSGT) certification through the BRPT.
• Maintain current Healthcare Provider BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Perform patient set-ups for overnight sleep testing.
• Record overnight polysomnographic (PSG) and video recordings of patient sleep activity for diagnostic evaluation.
• Communicate and coordinate activities with Sleep Lab Section leader/supervisor.
• Administer sleep medications per policy.
• Apply knowledge and experience in polysomnography, neurodiagnostics, or respiratory therapy.
• Conduct diagnostic tests to detect sleep disturbances and neurological related disorders.
