Job summary

Astrya Global Medical Staffing is seeking a Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Tacoma, WA. The position offers a competitive pay rate of $59-$63 per hour and a standard 40-hour work week with additional hours available during holidays.

The assignment has potential for extension and requires active licensure and credentialing. Responsibilities include completing facility documentation, maintaining licensure, adhering to policies, and complying with billing and credentialing

Qualifications

• Must obtain permanent state license upon start if beginning with compact license
• Maintain an active license throughout the assignment
• Possess relevant experience in the required setting/modality
• Credentialing requirements including contract QA

Responsibilities

• Complete required documentation directly with the facility outside of standard clearance packet before being cleared to start assignment
• Must obtain permanent state license upon start if beginning with compact license
• Maintain an active license throughout the assignment
• Possess relevant experience in the required setting/modality
• Work 40 guaranteed hours per week, with 32 hours guaranteed during holiday weeks
• Adhere to a 30-day notice requirement
• Work day shift hours
• Utilise facility-provided equipment as outlined during interview
• Follow dress code guidelines as provided during first day orientation
• Comply with all facility policies and procedures
• Meet credentialing requirements including contract QA
• Adhere to overtime billing at 1.5x rate when applicable
• Follow weekly billing cycle requirements

Astrya Global, a San Diego based medical staffing agency, is hiring a PT for a temporary assignment in Tacoma, Washington. These positions are 13-week contracts with the ability to extend.

Responsibilities for a PT:
