Qualifications

• Evaluate client function to assess physical therapy needs and treatment plans.
• Plan, direct, and administer physical therapy treatments as prescribed by a referring provider or through direct access.
• Work toward restoring patient function following injury, disease, or physical disability.
• Assist patients in reaching their maximum level of independence.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment programs tailored to patient needs.
• Monitor and document patient progress throughout the course of treatment.
• Collaborate with referring providers and healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Adhere to facility policies, procedures, and professional standards for physical therapy practice.
