Job summary

Astrya Global, a San Diego based medical staffing agency, is hiring a PT for a temporary assignment in Havre, Montana. These positions are 13-week contracts with the ability to extend.

Responsibilities for a PT

• Organize and conduct medically prescribed physical therapy addressing impairments and functional limitations to improve patient quality of life following injury or disease
• Conduct physical therapy assessments and treatments that consider the patient's gender, age, cultural differences, and educational needs
• Complete a professional course of education accredited by the American Physical Therapy Association
• Maintain current licensure to practice Physical Therapy in the state of Montana
• Maintain current BLS certification
• Demonstrate an amiable personality with the ability to make sound judgments
• Maintain an empathetic and understanding attitude towards patients
• Successfully pass Background Check and Drug Screen
• Provide outpatient physical therapy services with inpatient float responsibilities
• Participate in on-call weekends once per month
