Schedule: 7:00AM - 7:00PM x 3
Term: 13-week assignment with the potential for extension
Pay Rate: $75 - $81/hr

Astrya Global, a San Diego based medical staffing agency, is hiring a PHARM for a temporary assignment in Bangor, Maine. These positions are 13-week contracts with the ability to extend.

Responsibilities for a PHARM:

• Operate in both clinical and central pharmacy settings
• Act as daily manager in the pharmacy, ensuring all work is completed in a concise, timely, and accurate manner
• Supervise and verify all technical work performed by pharmacy staff
• Work collaboratively with other members of the healthcare team to provide services that improve drug usage and therapeutic outcomes
• Ensure the safe and effective use of medication by providing medication order verification
• Assess for optimal drug product selection and dosage regimen design
• Provide effective administration and drug therapy monitoring services
• Maintain a graduate level degree in Pharmacy
• Maintain a valid State of Maine Pharmacy License
• Demonstrate excellent interpersonal communication skills
• Function as a self-starter with the ability to multitask
• Perform effectively in a fast-paced environment
