Job summary

Astrya Global Medical Staffing seeks a licensed PHARM for a 13-week assignment in Lebanon, Oregon. Provide pharmacy services as part of a specialized pharmacy team and optimize patient drug therapy.

Maintain Oregon Pharmacist licensure and current BLS/ACLS/PALS certifications; pass pre-employment drug screening; weekly pay and comprehensive benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Current Oregon Pharmacist license in good standing.
• Active BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications.
• Experience in hospital pharmacy settings preferred.

Term: 13-week assignment with the potential for extension
Pay Rate: $70 - $76/hr

Astrya Global, a San Diego based medical staffing agency, is hiring a PHARM for a temporary assignment in Lebanon, Oregon. These positions are 13-week contracts with the ability to extend.

Responsibilities for a PHARM:

• Provide pharmacy services as part of a specialized pharmacy team
• Optimize patient drug therapy through expert medication management
• Maintain current unencumbered Oregon Pharmacist Licensure
• Maintain current Healthcare Provider Level BLS certification
• Maintain current ACLS certification
• Maintain current PALS certification
• Apply previous hospital pharmacy experience in a clinical setting
• Pass pre-employment/post offer drug screening
• Adhere to facility policies and procedures for pharmacy and patient care delivery
