Dallas College seeks an experienced Facilitator, Allied Health, Workforce & Continuing Education to deliver high-quality workforce training programs that prepare learners for success in today’s healthcare industry. You’ll partner with employers, industry professionals, and students to create meaningful learning experiences that support workforce development and industry-recognized certifications.

You’ll combine healthcare expertise, instructional skills, and a passion for adult learning to help

Qualifications

Experience designing, delivering and evaluating workforce or professional training programs.
Understanding adult learning principles and how to engage diverse learners.
Assess training needs and develop practical solutions for workforce demands.
Strong facilitation, presentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Deliver workforce and continuing education training programs in Allied Health and related subjects.
Facilitate classroom, hybrid, and hands-on learning experiences.
Collaborate with employers, industry partners, faculty and stakeholders to identify training needs.
Design, customize and improve curriculum, materials, assessments and resources.
Monitor learner progress and provide feedback to support outcomes.
Stay current on healthcare trends, certifications and regulations.
Plan, schedule and coordinate workforce development programs.
Maintain program records and ensure policy compliance.
Foster an inclusive, learner-centered environment and strong customer service.
