Job summary

CT State Community College seeks a Workforce Development and Continuing Education Coordinator to oversee campus workforce programs and courses. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in an appropriately related field.
• 1+ years of experience in education administration, business, or training.
• Proficiency in program design for adult/youth learners.
• Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).

Responsibilities

• Plan and develop workforce development and continuing education programs.
• Provide administrative services for campus programs and courses.
• Publicize and market programs; evaluate and improve offerings.
• Attend convocations and committee meetings, including evenings/weekends.
