Job summary

Vanderbilt University Medical Center seeks a Program Manager for the Allied Health & Nurse Scholars Visiting Student program. You will coordinate onboarding, track data across systems, and manage a 200+ contract portfolio while ensuring compliance and timely communications with departments and partner schools.

You will lead onboarding/offboarding, manage affiliation agreements, and generate Excel reports for leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent experience)
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
• Experience with contract management and data reporting preferred
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Oversees the creation, coordination and execution of the program.
• Provides budgetary management to the program.
• Provides training and guidance for individuals supporting the program.
• Promotes growth and expansion of the program.
• Includes onboarding/offboarding workflows, contract management, and data reporting across multiple systems.
