Action Hampshire is seeking an Alliance Director for the Hampshire & Isle of Wight VCSE Healthcare Alliance (HIVCA). The alliance brings together voluntary, community and social enterprise organisations to strengthen their voice in health and care.

The role is 21 hours per week on an 18‑month fixed‑term contract with flexible hybrid working, primarily from home with some travel across Hampshire and the Isle of Wight. Salary: £25,200 per year for 21 hours (£45,000 full-time equivalent).

Qualifikationen

• Senior leadership experience in the VCSE or health and care sector.
• Understanding of Integrated Care Systems and health inequalities.
• Strong influencing and partnership-building abilities.
• Experience in commissioning, service development or transformation.

About the role

Hours, pay and location

21 hours per week (three days). An 18-month fixed-term contract with possible extension. Flexible hybrid working, primarily from home with some travel across Hampshire and the Isle of Wight.

Salary: £25,200 per year for 21 hours (£45,000 full-time equivalent).

About you

Senior leadership experience in the VCSE sector, health and care, local government or a related field. An understanding of complex systems, Integrated Care Systems, health inequalities and community approaches. Strong influencing, inclusive partnership building and experience in commissioning, service development, programme delivery or transformation.
