The Territory Account Specialist (TAS) is a driven sales business leader who designs a customized customer experience tailored to the needs of each account and Healthcare Provider (HCP). Acting as the primary Point of Contact (PoC), the TAS engages with clients to identify mutual priorities and address their needs by problem-solving and leveraging Novartis resources to improve patient outcomes. The role requires expertise in clinical selling, account management, access navigation, team collaboration, and omni-channel engagement.
Driving is an essential function; must have a valid, unrestricted driver’s license. Novartis does not sponsor visas. COVID-19 vaccination is not required but may be necessary based on customer credentialing guidelines. Compensation ranges are provided for different levels and may vary based on location, experience, and performance. The role requires successful completion of initial training.
