Job summary

Aspire Allergy & Sinus in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Full-time Physician Assistant to join our Advance Practice Providers. The PA will deliver allergy testing and treatments for patients aged 2 and up, while collaborating with physicians to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care.

Schedule varies by location (Tempe/Chandler) with mornings to early evenings; you will assess patients, order tests, develop plans, and assist with in-office procedures, maintaining precise documentation and integrity

Qualifications

• 3+ years practicing as a Physician Assistant.
• Graduate from an approved Physician Assistant Program.
• Current Physician Assistant License.
• BLS or ACLS certification.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and obtain medical histories focusing on allergy and sinus conditions.
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic allergic and sinus conditions (e.g., allergic rhinitis, chronic sinusitis, nasal polyps, asthma).
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests (allergy testing, sinus CTs, pulmonary function tests).
• Develop individualized treatment plans including medications, immunotherapy, and procedural recommendations.
• Perform and assist with in-office procedures (allergy immunotherapy, nasal endoscopy).
• Educate patients on disease management and medication use.
• Collaborate with physicians and staff to ensure continuity and quality of care.
• Document all patient encounters accurately in EHR within 24 hours of visit.
