Qualifications

• 3+ years practicing as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner.
• Graduate from an approved PA/NP program.
• Current Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner license.
• BLS or ACLS certification.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and treat allergy and sinus conditions; manage acute and chronic cases.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests including allergy testing and imaging.
• Develop individualized treatment plans with medications and immunotherapy.
• Perform in-office procedures (nasal endoscopy, immunotherapy administration).
• Document encounters in the EHR within 24 hours; collaborate with physicians.
• Engage with patients and families to educate on disease management.
