ENT & Allergy of Delaware in Newark, DE is seeking an Allergy Medical Assistant to join our team. You will assist with patient care, document medical history, and support the provider during visits in a busy clinic.

The role emphasizes accuracy, strong communication, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. A high school diploma or GED is required; medical assistant certification is a plus.

Mansioni

• Escort patients to the exam room.
• Provide and coordinate efficient patient care while documenting the patient’s medical history and any other pertinent information related to their visit.
• Ensure all documentation accurately reflects the patient encounter and plan of care.
• Attention to detail is a must; some areas require injections, PFTs, education, and triage of patient calls under the provider’s direction.
• Schedule allergy testing/Immunotherapy.
• Perform allergy and penicillin testing, write recipes, administer injections.
• Sterilize, maintain and restock exam rooms and instruments.
