Allergy & Ent Assoc in Hanford, CA is seeking a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our established allergy and immunology practice in a full-time outpatient setting.

The PA/NP will provide direct patient care, collaborate with physicians and staff, manage patients with allergy and asthma, order tests, prescribe medications, and educate patients while adhering to clinical protocols.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner program.
• Current California PA or NP license.
• Current DEA registration or ability to obtain.
• Allergy, asthma, immunology, primary care, or related clinical experience preferred; training may be provided.

Responsabilités

• Evaluate, diagnose, and manage new and established patients with allergy, asthma, and immunologic conditions.
• Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with supervising physician.
• Provide follow-up care and ongoing management of patients.
• Evaluate patients receiving allergy immunotherapy and other treatments.
• Order and review appropriate diagnostic testing and laboratory studies.
• Prescribe medications within the provider's scope of practice.
• Educate patients and families regarding diagnoses, medications, and management plans.
