Responsibilities

• Escort patients to examination rooms and document information in EMR.
• Perform telephone assessment and determine appropriate treatment under supervision.
• Administer prescribed medications, vaccines, and treatments per clinic policy.
• Prepare equipment and assist providers during examinations, tests, and treatments.
• Maintain stocked supplies and sterilize instruments and exam rooms.
• Assist in arranging referrals and prior authorizations as needed.
• Provide patient education and support ongoing care coordination.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
