Job summary

Mayo Clinic is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide direct patient care in a fast-paced Allergy Lab and clinic setting in Minnesota. The role includes pediatric and adult patient care, skin testing, spirometry, allergen challenges, and medication administration within a protocol-driven environment.

The RN will educate patients, support telephone triage, and manage follow-up care while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team. Eligible for TN sponsorship; state licensure required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program; current RN license.
• Minimum one year of RN experience required.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and critical thinking skills.
• Experience with electronic medical record systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide care for pediatric and adult patients within a care team and procedural testing area.
• Perform skin tests, spirometry, allergen challenges, and administer medications per protocol.
• Educate patients in-clinic and via telephone/EMR portal; manage follow-up and triage.
• Demonstrate autonomy in a largely protocol-driven environment.
