Job summary

Atlanta Allergy & Asthma Clinic (AAA), a leading allergy and asthma practice and affiliate of SENTA Partners, is seeking a Clinical Manager to lead day-to-day operations across the assigned clinics and ensure efficient patient care.

The role involves supervising clinical, administrative and clerical staff, coordinating staff to maintain quality service, and collaborating with physicians to meet practice standards and budgets.

Qualifications

• Current GA RN or LPN license required.
• High School diploma required.
• Associates or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Directs and supervises employees in clinic operations.
• Hires, trains, and evaluates center operations staff.
• Manages employee performance to meet and exceed expectations.
• Ensures staff meet physician expectations and follow office processes.
• Ensures adequate coverage and staffing within budget and patient flow.
• Builds trust between doctors, staff, and the company.
• Develops clinic training programs for back office, insurance verification, OSHA, etc.
• Maintains a positive, solution-driven demeanor amidst system changes in healthcare.
