Seeking an alternative‑track associate with law‑firm experience to join our labor and employment practice. The successful applicant must have state and federal Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) agency experience and a background in employment law, with a focus on drafting agency position statements and supporting the related investigations of claims and mediations facilitated by agencies. The associate will also support marketing efforts, including law flashes, pitches, and white papers, and should have prior human resources experience (preferred but not required). The candidate must be an active member of the bar in the state of the Morgan Lewis office for which the position is located. This position may be resident in any of our U.S. offices and is a non‑partnership track role.
For positions in CA, IL, MA, NJ, NY and Washington, DC the salary range is $180,000 to $230,000. The base salary or hourly wage range will be determined during the interview process and may vary based on experience, expertise, current business needs, and market factors. Compensation may be outside of the stated range and may include a full range of medical, financial, and other benefits such as 401(k) eligibility, paid time off (vacation, sick time, parental leave), and discretionary bonuses. Details of participation in benefit plans will be provided upon offer. Employees are hired on an “at‑will” basis and the firm reserves the right to modify salary and benefits at any time.
