Job summary

NM Residential is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician for Summer House in Apopka, Florida. The role covers troubleshooting and repairing plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and appliances to meet company standards and legal compliance.

Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years of prior maintenance experience is required.
EPA Universal Certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, appliances, painting, and drywall issues.
Respond to and prioritize resident work orders, ensuring timely completion.
Prepare vacant units for new residents, meeting company standards and checklist requirements.
Maintain the exterior grounds, including seasonal duties such as snow removal and pool maintenance.
Conduct property walk-throughs to identify and resolve maintenance issues.
Perform on-call duties as scheduled and respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests.
Attend staff meetings and trainings as required.
