You'll handle HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and equipment maintenance, while ensuring safety standards and timely responses to resident requests. This role offers hands-on work in a vibrant multi-property environment with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in building maintenance and repairs.
• Comfort with multiple trades and fast problem solving.
• Ability to read safety data sheets and follow codes.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on HVAC, elevator, fire/sprinkler systems, generator, and kitchen equipment.
• Repair plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and general equipment as assigned.
• Respond to resident maintenance requests in rooms and common areas.
• Repair vacated rooms, including painting walls and cleaning carpets.
• Maintain walls, floors, doors, and woodwork in common areas.
• Coordinate with fire and building inspectors; document safety issues.
• Assess problems and determine corrective actions within codes.
• Review SDS and handle hazardous materials precautions.
• File property damage claims per company policy.
• Assist management and community emergencies as needed.
