Job summary

Cherokee Strategic Edge seeks an All Source Task Lead/Course Manager to support INSCOM's TREX program. You will lead the All Source contractor team, coordinate training, exercises, and mission-focused outputs aligned to customer requirements.

Requirements include an active TS/SCI clearance, ABIC or equivalent, and 12+ years in Army Military Intelligence plus 8+ years as a tactical Intelligence Analyst. You will mentor staff and ensure readiness and performance standards are met.

Qualifications

  • Active TS/SCI security clearance.
  • Graduate of ABIC or equivalent Intelligence Community instructor course.
  • Minimum of 12 years of Army Military Intelligence experience.
  • Minimum of 12 years as MOS 35F (All Source Intelligence).
  • Minimum of 8 years tactical as an Intelligence Analyst.
  • Must pass pre-employment qualifications of Cherokee Federal.

Responsibilities

  • Lead All Source contractor personnel tasks aligned with contract, PM guidance, customer priorities, and policy.
  • Oversee synchronization of All Source activities, deliverables, training events, and personnel; reallocate work as needed.
  • Oversee development of exercises, scenarios, and mission essential tasks for MI analysts at Corps and below; ensure training is relevant and readiness focused.
  • Lead, review, and validate work products, instructional materials, scenario products, reports, and deliverables to meet standards.
  • Provide routine counseling, mentorship, coaching, and performance feedback to contractor personnel; document performance concerns.
  • Establish clear performance expectations, track workload, identify constraints, and escalate risks to PM and Government lead.
  • Lead recurring team meetings, production reviews, planning sessions, and after-action reviews.
  • Lead, review, and validate All Source Exercise Scripters and Instructors in applying multi-source intelligence.
  • Provide direction on intelligence collection systems to generate timely insights and outputs for collectors and users.
  • Collaborate across IC to understand consumer intelligence needs and gaps.
  • Oversee design and development of intelligence injects integrated into all source products and scenarios.
  • Oversee support to other Intelligence NETs and input to Training Developers/Instructors.
  • Support recruiting, onboarding, training, cross-training, and readiness validation of contractor personnel.
  • Foster a professional, accountable work environment with ethical conduct and continuous improvement.
  • Performs other job-related duties as assigned.

Cherokee Strategic Edge is seeking an All Source Task Lead/Course Manager to support INSCOM's Training and Exercise Readiness (TREX) program. The All Source Task Lead provide day-to-day leadership for assigned personnel.

All Source Task Lead/Course Manager Responsibilities Include:
  • Exercises tasking authority assigned All Source contractor personnel in alignment with the contract, Program Manager guidance, customer priorities, and applicable policy.
  • Responsible for overseeing, coordinating, and leading the synchronization of All Source assigned activities, deliverables, training events, and personnel, including the reallocation of work to meet mission requirements, course schedules, deliverable milestones, and emergent customer needs.
  • Oversee, manage and direct support to the development of exercises, scenarios, and mission essential tasks for MIB Ts and Army Intelligence analysts at Corps and below, ensuring training is operationally relevant, standards aligned, and readiness focused.
  • Lead, review and validate work products, instructional materials, scenario products, reports, and deliverables before submission. Ensure products meet required standards and directly support the customer's mission and operational requirements.
  • Provide routine professional counseling, mentorship, coaching, and performance feedback to assigned contractor personnel. Document performance concerns, recognize strong performance, identify development needs, and coordinate with the Program Manager on performance‑management actions when necessary.
  • Establish clear performance expectations, communicate priorities, track workload and progress, identify resource constraints, and elevate risks or issues to the Program Manager and Government lead in a timely manner.
  • Lead recurring team meetings, production reviews, planning sessions, and after‑action reviews. Ensure team members understand requirements, receive timely feedback, and implement corrective actions.
  • Lead, review, and validate All Source Exercise Scripters and Instructors in applying multi source intelligence to assess, interpret, and forecast training content, ensuring all work products, instructional materials, scenario products, reports, and deliverables meet required standards and directly support the customer's mission and operational requirements.
  • Provide direction and supervision to the All Source team on the employment of intelligence collection systems that generate timely, relevant insights, and produces analytic outputs that inform collectors and consumers of collection developments and operational relevance.
  • Collaborate across the IC to understand consumer intelligence needs and gaps to optimize developing collection operations tailored to the requirements of the customer.
  • Supervise and oversee the design and development of intelligence injects (SIGINT, GEOINT, HUMINT, MASINT, Counterintelligence, and OSINT) integrated into all source products, scenarios, and analytic problem sets that replicate realistic operational environments and support collections, operations, investigations, and other defense intelligence analytic requirements.
  • Oversee support to other Intelligence System NETs and offer input to the Training Developers/Instructors working in the Directorate of Training (DOT and/or Directorate of Training (DOT) and/or Data Capabilities Division (DCD)
  • Provide routine professional counseling, mentorship, coaching, and performance feedback to assigned contractor personnel. Assess personnel qualifications and capability to perform assigned duties and maintain continuity of operations.
  • Support recruiting, onboarding, training, cross‑training, and readiness validation of contractor personnel.
  • Lead a professional, accountable, and mission‑focused work environment that promotes collaboration, disciplined execution, ethical conduct, and continuous improvement

All Source Task Lead/Course Manager Experience, Education, Skills, Abilities requested:
  • Active TS/SCI security clearance
  • Graduate of the Army Basic Instructor Course (ABIC) or equivalent Intelligence Community instructor course
  • Minimum of 12 years of Army Military Intelligence experience
  • Minimum of 12 years as an MOS 35F (All Source Intelligence)
