Job summary

Cherokee Strategic Edge, part of Cherokee Federal, seeks an All Source Analyst - Senior to support USSOCOM. The role involves senior-level analysis across multi-int sources, producing actionable intelligence products, and delivering briefings to decision-makers.

Requires TS/SCI with polygraph eligibility and extensive experience in all-source analysis for SOF/HUMINT contexts. The ideal candidate will lead complex all-source studies, coordinate with interagency partners, and guide junior analysts

Qualifications

  • Current TS/SCI with the ability to obtain a Counterintelligence polygraph.
  • Master's degree preferred in a closely related discipline to intelligence with 10 years of relevant professional experience or 15 years in the intelligence career field.
  • Minimum of 12 years of all-source intelligence analyst experience at the full performance level, with 5+ years with strategic level intelligence agencies in the US Intelligence Community.
  • At least 10 years of experience and knowledge in intelligence support to special operations.
  • Well-versed in systems analysis and coordinating with interagency and partner nation personnel.
  • Superior proficiency with current all-source analytic techniques, theory, methodologies, processes, and tends.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience writing formal finished intelligence assessments.
  • Experience preparing and delivering intelligence briefings at the O-6/GS-15 or higher.

Responsibilities

  • Focus on IPOE, emphasizing infrastructure, advanced weapons, and C5ISR systems.
  • Leverage classified, open source, and commercial data to inform operational strategies.
  • Adapt targeting methodologies such as F3EA.
  • Provide CI analytics expertise for SOF and HUMINT operations.
  • Assess global risks and threats to develop intelligence products.
  • Submit intelligence collection requirements to address knowledge gaps.
  • Monitor high-volume intelligence reporting channels for relevant information.
  • Evaluate credibility, reliability, and relevance of sources.
  • Create databases, link charts, and timelines on targets.
  • Fuse information from SIGINT, GEOINT, HUMINT, OSINT into cohesive assessments.
  • Apply structured analytic techniques to mitigate bias.
  • Author intelligence products from daily summaries to long-form assessments.
  • Forecast adversary actions and future developments.
  • Prepare and deliver intelligence briefings to diverse audiences.

All Source Analyst - Senior

This position requires an active TS/Sensitive Compartmental Information (SCI) clearance with the ability to obtain a Counterintelligence Polygraph to be considered.

A government contract requires that this position be restricted to U.S. citizens or legal permanent residents. You must provide documentation that you are a U.S. citizen or legal permanent resident to qualify.

Cherokee Strategic Edge is seeking an All Source Analyst to support USSOCOM. The All Source Analyst provides specialized senior-level expertise in multi-Intelligence analysis to retrieve, produce, and exploit standard and non-standard information, developing actionable intelligence products to support the mission.

All Source Analyst - Senior Responsibilities Include:
  • Focus on Intelligence Preparation of the Operational Environment (IPOE), emphasizing critical infrastructure, advanced weapons, and C5ISR systems.

  • Leverage classified, open source, and commercial data to inform operational strategies, ensuring missions are executed effectively

  • Provide expertise to adapting targeting methodologies, such as F3EA

  • Provide expertise for cognitive and behavior characteristics and support CI analytics for SOF and HUMINT operations

  • Assess global risks and threats contributing to the development of intelligence products
  • Develop and submit intelligence collection requirements to address identified gaps in knowledge.
  • Monitor high-volume intelligence reporting channels (e.g., message traffic, HUMINT reports, OSINT feeds) to identify relevant information.
  • Evaluate the credibility, reliability, and relevance of incoming source information.
  • Create and maintain databases, link analysis charts, and timelines on key targets or topics of interest.
  • Fuse incomplete or contradictory information from various sources (e.g., SIGINT, GEOINT, HUMINT, OSINT) into a cohesive assessment.
  • Apply structured analytic techniques (e.g., Analysis of Competing Hypotheses, Red Team Analysis) to mitigate bias and increase analytic rigor.
  • Author a range of analytic products, from short-form daily intelligence summaries to long-term, in-depth intelligence assessments.
  • Forecast an adversary's likely course of action or assess future political, military, or security developments.
  • Prepare and deliver intelligence briefings to a variety of audiences, from small teams to senior decision-makers.
  • Respond to formal and ad-hoc Requests for Information (RFIs) from customers and other intelligence community partners.
  • Tailor intelligence products and briefings to meet the specific needs and level of knowledge of the customer.
  • Plan and execute complex all-source analysis, fusing intelligence and information from disparate sources to assess, interpret, and forecast national security issues.
  • Manage multiple, simultaneous analytic projects and are responsible for the quality and rigor of the final product.
  • Provide formal or informal supervision and mentorship to more junior analysts.
  • Review the work of others, providing guidance on analytic tradecraft, methodologies, and sourcing to ensure high standards of quality and accuracy are met.
  • Deliver direct, tailored analytic support to senior decision-makers, collectors, operators, and investigators.
  • Work with a high degree of autonomy to tackle difficult and ambiguous intelligence problems.
  • Troubleshoot analytic roadblocks and refine requirements in collaboration with customers to ensure the final product meets the need.

All Source Analyst - Senior Experience, Education, Skills, Abilities requested:
  • Current TS/SCI with the ability to obtain a Counterintelligence polygraph
  • Master's degree preferred in a closely related discipline to intelligence with 10 years of relevant professional experience or 15 years of professional experience in the intelligence career field.
  • Minimum of 12 years of all-source intelligence analyst experience at the full performance level, with 5 or more years working for or with strategic level intelligence agencies in the US Intelligence Community.
  • At least 10 years of experience and knowledge in intelligence support to special operations.
    • Well-versed in systems analysis and capable of coordinating with interagency and partner nation personnel.
    • Superior proficiency, knowledge, understanding, and experience with current all-source analytical techniques, theory, methodologies, processes, and tends.
    • Demonstrate superior proficiency and knowledge of the current suite of all-source intelligence tools.
    • Minimum of 3 years of experience writing formal finished intelligence assessments (e.g., white papers, targeting packages, or other serialized finished intelligence products).
    • Demonstrate experience preparing and delivering intelligence briefings at the O-6/GS-15 or higher.
  • Skilled at translating complex intelligence into clear, concise briefings and reports that directly inform planning and operations.
