Expert Geospatial Intelligence Analyst

The Opportunity:

CACI has an outstanding opportunity for select Expert Geospatial Intelligence Analysts who want to make a difference in the defense of the nation by applying their talents and experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment in support of US Special Operations Command. The role requires operational and technical expertise in geospatial practices supporting real-world operations. You will be part of a professional geospatial team supporting operational planning for mission success. This position is located in Fayetteville, NC, supporting a Department of Defense (DoD) organization.

Responsibilities:

1. Perform full-spectrum geospatial analysis supporting complex geospatial, topographic, and imagery issues for global operations.
2. Communicate analytical assessments clearly in writing and orally, presenting analysis products using creative techniques in operational environments.
3. Utilize expertise in Processing, Exploitation, and Dissemination (PED) of ground feature data and remotely sensed data such as MSI, LiDAR, and Electro-Optical imagery to support operational customers.
4. Work in dynamic, fast-paced environments requiring team and individual efforts, interfacing with internal and external leadership.
5. Fuse multi-discipline intelligence sources to provide accurate geospatial analysis supporting multiple DoD organizations.
6. Ensure operational goals are achieved through effective synchronization of geospatial efforts and provide critical recommendations to decision-makers.
7. Utilize advanced geospatial techniques to complete mission objectives and expand knowledge of operational applications.

Qualifications:

Required:

• TS/SCI clearance
• Advanced geospatial, topographic, and imagery analysis experience supporting Special Operations missions
• At least 8 years of progressive experience in operational and tactical intelligence analysis
• Proficiency in geospatial and intelligence data management within OGC compliant applications
• Ability to lead projects and support analytical efforts using GIS and automation tools
• Experience in imagery analysis and understanding of collection processes
• Research, train, and implement geospatial processing methodologies for tactical intelligence problems

Desired:

• Bachelor’s degree in Remote Sensing, GIS, ABI, Cartography, or Geography
• Experience supporting SOF operations in garrison and deployed environments
• Knowledge of scripting languages such as Python, R, Visual Basic, C++, or Java

Pay Range

Proposed salary range: $70,900 - $148,900. Compensation depends on various factors including location, experience, skills, education, and certifications. We offer comprehensive benefits including healthcare, wellness, financial, retirement, family support, education, and time off. Learn more here.
