Job summary

Bailey Information Technology, LLC is seeking an All-Source Intelligence Analyst at USARCENT Staff Augmentation — G2 (Intelligence) Directorate in Shaw Air Force Base, SC. This full-time role supports USARCENT with multi-source intelligence fusion and finished product production.

You will produce finished intelligence, briefings, and estimates to support command decisions, monitor threats, and coordinate with national and joint intelligence elements.

Qualifications

• Significant prior experience as an All-Source Intelligence Analyst in a military/DoD/IC setting.
• Demonstrated analytic writing and briefing skills at operational/strategic level.
• Experience with DoD/IC analytic tools and databases (e.g., DCGS-A, M3, Palantir).
• Active TOP SECRET clearance required at time of hire; interim clearances not accepted.

Responsibilities

• Fuse and analyze intelligence from multiple sources to produce all-source assessments.
• Prepare finished intelligence products, briefings, and estimates supporting command decisions.
• Monitor regional threat developments and provide analytic support to current operations.
• Coordinate with national intelligence agencies and joint/coalition elements as required.
• Maintain analytic tradecraft standards and contribute to long-term production efforts.

What You’ll Need

• Significant prior experience as an All Source Intelligence Analyst in a military, DoD, or Intelligence Community setting.
• Demonstrated analytic writing and briefing skills at the operational/strategic level.
• Experience with standard DoD/IC analytic tools and databases (e.g., DCGS-A, M3, Palantir, or equivalent).
• Active, in-scope TOP SECRET clearance required at time of hire — interim clearances are not accepted for this position.
• U.S. Citizenship required.
• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English fluently.
• Must be able to complete a favorable background investigation appropriate to the position within the first week of starting, and obtain a DoD Common Access Card (CAC) within the first two weeks.
• Must complete required security, anti-terrorism, and information assurance training within the first 30 days, and annually thereafter.
• If the position requires a security clearance, must complete annual threat-awareness and operations-security refresher training.
• Professional appearance and conduct consistent with a military headquarters environment.
• No travel required for this position.
