The role focuses on conducting threat assessments, intelligence research, and producing analytic products to inform investigations and operations. The position requires extensive experience in intelligence analysis, familiarity with HUMINT, IMINT, OSINT, MASINT, and GEOINT, and the ability to work with DoD and IC partners in a high-tempo

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide general military intelligence analysis and all-source analytic support to collections, operations, investigations, and intelligence requirements.
• Conduct all-source research and threat analysis of CI, CT, force protection, and information operations of foreign military forces.
• Support CI investigations through liaison with Counterintelligence Agents and DoD entities.
• Perform record checks, data research, and social networking analysis using intelligence databases.
• Develop in-depth biographical intelligence to aid investigations and subject interviews.
• Conduct OSINT and classified research using various tools and databases.
• Analyze intelligence information to forecast developments and identify threats relevant to US Army/DoD equities.
• Identify intelligence gaps and assist in developing collection programs.
• Advise leadership on intelligence findings and synthesize research for all-source products and responses.

Description

• Shall provide general military intelligence analysis and organizational expertise dealing with threats to the US Army/DoD interests worldwide. Conducts analysis using intelligence and information from multiple HUMINT, IMINT, OSINT, MASINT, GEOINT etc., to assess, interpret, forecast, and explain a range of national security issues and developments that are regional or functional in nature. Provides all-source analytic support to collections, operations, investigations, and other defense intelligence analytic requirements.
• Shall conduct all-source research and threat analysis of CI, CT, force protection, and information operations of foreign military forces and its operations, capabilities, activities and trends to support all-source intelligence and threat production, particularly in the areas of threats to US Army and DoD equities.
• Shall provide support to CI investigation through liaison with Counterintelligence Agents and other members of the DoD and intelligence community.
• Shall provide record checks, data research and social networking analysis through the use of intelligence and law enforcement databases and search engines.
• Shall provide in-depth research regarding biographical intelligence in order to aid investigations, support subject interviews, and case development.
• Shall conduct research, digital mapping programs and research tools, to include Open Source (OSINT) and classified searches.
• Shall analyze intelligence information to assess developments, trends, and threat through comprehensive knowledge of intelligence analysis tradecraft, to include forecasting and/or other analytical methodologies.
• Shall analyze terrorist and Foreign Intelligence Entities (FIE) threats to US Army Forces, programs and operations.
• Shall provide recommendations on techniques and innovative methods employed in threat analysis and protection.
• Shall research and analyze military, political, economic, technical and other developments within assigned areas to conduct valid threat assessments.
• Shall identify intelligence gaps and assist in the development of intelligence collection programs.
• Shall advise team leaders and chain of command on intelligence findings.
• Shall plan, coordinate, and synthesize research to prepare all-source intelligence products and responses.
• Shall ensure products fulfill DA, DoD, and national – level intelligence requirements.
• Shall brief intelligence assessments and positions to senior ACIC personnel.
• Shall develop recommendations regarding the development and maintenance of SOPs for assigned tasks.
• Shall conduct all tasks in support of operations.
• Shall assess information from the IC-wide reporting elements to deconflict information, identify the value of reporting, assess whether the information addresses requirements and contributes to collection.
• Shall produce technical analysis white papers and presentations in support of ongoing investigations to identify intelligence gaps and leads for investigations.
• Shall answer production requirements and RFIs; identify intelligence gaps and write consumer evaluations of raw reporting; and prepare and present briefings related to assigned areas of responsibility.
• Shall produce analysis white papers and presentations from historical investigations.
• Shall conduct investigative trend analysis in order to allow Government leadership to focus investigative resources.
• Shall produce analytical information reports from reviews of investigative and IC database searches in support of ongoing national security investigations and insider threat reports.

Requirements

Required Experience

• Must have a minimum of a bachelor’s degree and experience as an all-source intelligence analyst with completion of a foundational intelligence analyst course such as a DOD Intelligence Analyst Course, 35F Army All Source Intelligence Analyst course (or equivalent), DHS Basic Intelligence and Threat Analysis Course, ODNI Analysis 101, or a Certified Defense All-Source Analysis (CDASA) professional certification.
• Must have at least six years of experience providing intelligence support to counterintelligence investigations and/or counterintelligence source operations.
• Candidate should have demonstrated expertise in fusing multidisciplined tools and databases for all-source analysis production in support of counterintelligence functions.
• Must be able to work independently and as a team member in a high-operational-tempo environment.

Required Education

• High School Diploma- 20 years of relevant experience with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.
• Associate’s degree- 16 years of relevant experience with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.
• Bachelor’s degree- 14 years of relevant experience with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.
• Master’s degree- 12 years of relevant experience with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.

Security Clearance

• Security clearance required TS/SCI with CI POLY or the ability to obtain CI POLY.
