Job summary

BTS Software Solutions in Quantico, VA is seeking a Ground Systems Analyst (Mid) to join our team. You will conduct all-source analytic production on foreign military ground forces and systems, including doctrine, D&D, platforms, sensors, and maintenance, to inform strategic decisions.

The ideal candidate has a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree in a related field; a 7-year substitute for the degree is also acceptable.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of all-source analysis experience, with recent work preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in a field related to the labor category; equivalent experience may substitute for the degree.

Responsibilities

• Conduct all-source analytic production of foreign military ground forces and systems.
• Analyze current and future foreign missile tech and weapons platforms; assess capabilities and vulnerabilities.
• Collaborate with engineers, scientists, and modelers on weapons processes and dual-use tech.
• Produce timely, concise analytic reports and briefing materials in formats like MS Office.
• Assess and resolve contradictions in information using structured analytic techniques.
