Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience conducting analysis relevant to the labor category, with recent experience in the last 2 years.
• Bachelor's degree required; substitution: 4 additional years of experience may substitute for a Bachelor's degree.
• Mastery of qualitative and quantitative analytic methodologies and pursuit of developments that affect tradecraft methodology.

Responsibilities

• Conduct all-source methods to assess C4ISR capabilities, limitations, and vulnerabilities.
• Analyze foreign military exercises and operations to identify C4ISR TTPs, strategy, doctrine, readiness, and integration.
• Analyze military C4ISR assets including disposition, movements, sensors, operability, networks, nodes, and targeting.
• Analyze ELINT data sources, tools, and techniques.
• Analyze foreign early warning capabilities to detect and react to U.S. maritime, ground, and air activities.
