Job summary

BTS Software Solutions seeks a Ground Systems Analyst (Mid) to join the team in Quantico, VA. The role requires analyzing foreign ground forces and systems, including doctrine, platforms, sensors, and C2, to support readiness and operational planning.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree in a related field, with the ability to synthesize multiple information sources into concise, actionable analytic products for stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience conducting analysis relevant to the labor category.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field; substitution of 7 years of experience in the labor category for a degree is possible.

Responsibilities

• Conduct all-source analytic production of foreign military ground forces and systems.
• Analyze current and future foreign missile technology and weapon systems.
• Work with engineers, scientists, and/or modelers on foreign weapons processes and capabilities.
