Nalley Consulting is seeking an All Source Analyst (MIDB) in Reston, VA to leverage extensive intelligence experience. The role focuses on building effective queries, integrating diverse data sources, and maintaining accuracy across foundational databases, while applying specialized knowledge and structured analytic techniques for mission partners.

The position spans analyzing INTs, OSINT, and law enforcement data to produce tailored intelligence products, from tactical leads to formal

Qualifications

• Experience conducting all-source analytic production.
• Experience with order of battle analysis and systems such as MIDB or MARS.
• Experience with all-source analytic tradecraft, including ICD 203 and ICD 206 standards and DIA writing style.
• Experience collaborating with mission partners on production efforts and delivering lead briefings during key events.
• Ability to apply and query SIGINT, GEOINT, OSINT, and HUMINT datasets and databases.
• Ability to independently produce high-quality, tailored intelligence deliverables such as actionable leads, ICD-compliant written products, network charts, and formal or informal briefings.
• Ability to rapidly adapt to shifting mission requirements and deliver accurate products under tight timelines.
• Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam.
• Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of experience in intelligence, or 12+ years of intelligence in lieu of a degree.

Location: Reston, VA

Required Clearance and polygraph:

TS/SCI and CI poly required. Candidates with current CI poly conducted within the past 7 years strongly prioritized.

Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of experience in intelligence, or 12+ years of experience in intelligence in lieu of a degree

• Experience conducting all‑source analysis on foreign WMD programs, including threats, missile and delivery systems, advanced weapons, CBRNE, counterterrorism, and related military activities
• Experience leveragingdata analytics, analytic met hodologies, and visualization tools to enhance assessments
• Knowledge of nuclear weapons programs, including weapons effects, the nuclear fuel cycle, and nuclear infrastructure.
