Job summary

Nalley Consulting is seeking an All Source Analyst (C4ISR/MIDB/MARS) to support DIA intelligence efforts in Washington, DC (JBAB/IPRC). This mid-level role focuses on all-source analysis across C4ISR ecosystems and MIDB/MARS data records, with emphasis on foreign national C4I capabilities.

Candidates should have TS/SCI with CI poly, at least 5 years of relevant experience (including recent work), and a Bachelor's degree.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of relevant analysis experience, with some work in the last 2 years.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Active TS/SCI security clearance with CI poly; polygraph current within 7 years.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site functional and technical intelligence support to the DIA Intelligence Integration Centers.
• Perform all-source analysis with emphasis on foreign national C4ISR (C2, C4ISR infrastructure) and related capabilities.
• Expand MIDB/MARS data records to reflect global telecommunications and C4I installations; produce and maintain records.
• Apply a wide range of analytic skills to assess foreign C4ISR developments, trends, and vulnerabilities.

Required clearance: TS/SCI with CI poly; only candidates with current polygraphs conducted within the past seven years can be considered.

Required Experience: At least 5 years of experience conducting relevant analysis, with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.

Description

C4I and cyberspace assessments require knowledge of adversary strategy, doctrine, intent, telecommunications infrastructure (cyberspace), and capabilities including compromise of DoD networks or weapon systems, cyberattack methodologies, and vulnerabilities.

Assessments require expertise across a full range of telecommunications networks and information systems to include industrial control systems, navigation aids and systems, and use of information operations. Provide on-site functional and technical intelligence support to the DIA Intelligence Integration Centers including all-source analysis with an emphasis in foreign national C4I analysis in compliance with DIA’s SOPs for the C4I Functional Production Area (FPA), DIA ADO AIO, ICD203 and 206 sourcing, analysis, and production, and DIA tradecraft standards. Assist the U.S. Government in the production of all-source intelligence pertaining to foreign national command and control (C2) and supporting command, control, communications, computers, intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance (C4ISR) infrastructure, capabilities, activities and vulnerabilities. Apply a wide range of analytic skills and knowledge to assess foreign C4ISR developments and trends that include strategy, doctrine, intent, capabilities, operations, supporting services and infrastructure, and vulnerabilities. Expand current MIDB/MARS data records to reflect the world’s telecommunications and C4I installations and facilities, use all source analysis to discover the infrastructure, and create corresponding records within the MIDB/MARS.
