Job summary

Clear Resolution Consulting (CRC) seeks an All-Source Analyst at the DIA HQ, Joint Base Anacostia Bolling. Mid level candidate will perform strategic all-source intelligence analysis, produce deliverables for senior policymakers, and support DoD and IC customers.

Requirements include TS/SCI clearance (CI Poly preferred) and a Bachelor’s with 3+ years or HS/GED with 7+ years. CRC offers strong benefits and a salary range of 90k–105k, with 4 weeks PTO and 11 holidays.

• Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of all-source intelligence analysis experience, or HS/GED with 7+ years.

Minimum Requirements

• SECURITY CLEARANCE: A current & active TS/SCI clearance (with CI Polygraph preferred)
• EDUCATION:
  • Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience with strategic all-source intelligence analysis of foreign military, security, and related political issues, including using analytic tools to research data from multiple intelligence sources and analyzing findings
  • OR HS/GED and a 7+ years of experience
• EXPERIENCE:
  • Experience with strategic all-source intelligence analysis of foreign military, security, and related political issues, including using analytic tools to research data from multiple intelligence sources and analyzing findings
  • Ability to develop high-quality deliverables tailored to senior policymakers or defense stakeholders, including complex written products and formal or informal briefings
  • Knowledge of ICD 203/206 analytic tradecraft standards
• NICE TO HAVE:
  • Knowledge of South America, Central America, and/or the Caribbean, including non-state actors and narcoterrorist groups
  • Ability to work independently while applying government policy guidance
  • Ability to manage several projects simultaneously

Compensation

Base salaries at CRC are determined by various factors, including work location, an individual’s education, knowledge, skills, experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected salary range for this position is $90,000 to $105,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of CRC’s total compensation package.
