Job summary

Clear Resolution Consulting (CRC) is seeking a Mid-level All-Source Analyst for a full-time position at DIA HQ, Joint Base Anacostia Bolling. The role requires current TS/SCI clearance (CI Polygraph preferred) and experience with strategic all-source intelligence analysis, including using analytic tools and delivering briefings to senior policymakers.

Location is on-site at DIA HQ. The salary range is $90,000 to $105,000, with a comprehensive benefits package and 4 weeks PTO.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• SECURITY CLEARANCE: A current & active TS/SCI clearance (with CI Polygraph preferred)
• EDUCATION:
  • Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience with strategic all-source intelligence analysis of foreign military, security, and related political issues, including using analytic tools to research data from multiple intelligence sources and analyzing findings
    • OR HS/GED and a 7+ years of experience
• EXPERIENCE:
  • Experience with strategic all-source intelligence analysis of foreign military, security, and related political issues, including using analytic tools to research data from multiple intelligence sources and analyzing findings
  • Ability to develop high-quality deliverables tailored to senior policymakers or defense stakeholders, including complex written products and formal or informal briefings
  • Knowledge of ICD 203/206 analytic tradecraft standards
• NICE TO HAVE:
  • Knowledge of South America, Central America, and/or the Caribbean, including non-state actors and narcoterrorist groups
  • Ability to work independently while applying government policy guidance
  • Ability to manage several projects simultaneously

COMPENSATION

Base salaries at CRC are determined by various factors, including work location, an individual’s education, knowledge, skills, experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected salary range for this position is $90,000 to $105,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of CRC’s total compensation package.
