Job summary

Ultipro in the United States (Indiana) seeks a production associate to perform tasks across the processing area, adhering to GMP and safety policies. You will operate multiple pieces of equipment, assist with quality and sanitation, and collaborate with team members to meet production goals.

Applicants should be able to understand instructions, perform basic math and documentation, and handle pressure while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.

Job description

• Perform responsibilities as paste delivery, utility, seamer operator, relief, depalletizer, diced tomato pumping, ingredient weighing, etc. as directed by supervisor
• During periods of downtime, clean and/or sweep floor
• Keep area neat and orderly
• Be knowledgeable of all job functions related to production
• Work as a team player with members of the crew and others in the plant

Adhere to all Red Gold policies, rules and regulations, including GMP’s and safety

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• High School Diploma, General Educational Development Diploma (GED) or equivalent experience

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES

• Must be able to understand and carry out basic instructions while performing manual labor related tasks.
• Must be able to successfully use basic, math, writing, and reading skills necessary to complete the required paperwork and projects.
