Job summary

Morssinkhofplastics is looking for a passionate technician to join their new factory in Lommel. In this role, you will be responsible for the installation, adjustment, and maintenance of machinery, as well as resolving technical malfunctions and performing preventive maintenance.

The ideal candidate will have a technical education and experience in an industrial environment. We offer a permanent full-time contract with meal vouchers, opportunity for training, and a supportive work environment aimed at sustainability.

• Experience as a technician in an industrial environment is preferred.

Morssinkhof – Rymoplast is in full swing starting up a state-of-the-art recycling plant. We sort, recycle, and process plastics into high-quality secondary raw materials. To achieve this, we are looking for an all‑round technician who wants to help build a sustainable future.

What will you do?

• The installation, adjustment, and maintenance of installations, controls, pumps, motors, and more;
• Resolving technical malfunctions;
• Performing preventive maintenance;
• Recording interventions in our maintenance application;
• Optimizing processes in the production environment;
• With your insight and initiative, you help us grow. You see technical challenges as opportunities and actively contribute ideas for improvements.

What do you bring?

• You have a technical education (electromechanics, mechanics, industrial engineering...);
• Preferably, you already have experience as a technician in an industrial environment;
• You are open to training as a Prevention Advisor level 3;
• You are a hands‑on person with a sense of responsibility and team spirit.
