Job summary

Palisades Tahoe is seeking a Segment Head Coach for the All Mountain Club program. The role oversees a defined age/segment, collaborates with the Manager and other Head Coaches, and ensures high-quality coaching and athlete development across daily on-hill programming.

You will lead training plans, manage staff, and align with our mission while promoting athlete success and strong parent communication.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and implement a specific segment or sub-segment of a department discipline/age class.
• Supervise staff time & attendance.
• Contribute to and align with team athletic processes and philosophies.
• Develop annual training plan with Manager and other Head Coaches.
• Maintain athlete management programs and on-hill presence daily.
• Stay informed on industry trends and seek feedback from athletes, parents, staff and company personnel.
