Job summary

Winter Park Resort seeks an All Mountain Coach for the winter season to mentor participants ages 6–15 in competition-focused programs. You will plan daily training, monitor development, and ensure safety on all terrains.

The role emphasizes strong leadership, teamwork, and reliable communication. Prior USSA/PSIA coaching experience is preferred, with variable hours for weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or GED is required.
• Advanced level skiing or snowboarding skills and knowledge as indicated by demonstration to Development Director.
• USSA Level 100 or PSIA Level 1 equivalent coaching certification is required.
• Minimum one season coaching in USSA/collegiate/high school or equivalent instructing experience desirable.

Responsibilities

• Plan and supervise daily training sessions for participants as scheduled.
• Create and monitor personal development plans for each participant.
• Maintain safety standards in all training environments and facilities.
• Provide daily feedback and submit mid-season and year-end evaluations.
