Care Finders, Inc. is hiring compassionate PCA & HHA caregivers to provide in-home, one-on-one care across Suffolk County, including Northport, East Northport, and Dix Hills. Weekend day or evening shifts available, with reliable transportation required and a commitment to compassionate service.

Job Requirements:

• A valid NYS PCA or HHA Certification
• Ability towork in Suffolk County (Northport, East Northport,Dix Hills, and surrounding areas)
• Weekend availability forday or evening shifts (8:00am – 5:00pm, 9:00am – 5:00pm, or 3:00pm – 11:00pm)
• Reliabletransportation to and from client's home

Your Role as a Caregiver:

• Bring comfort and companionship to clients in their homes.
• Frequent standing and walking; assisting members with daily activities (dressing, bathing, and meals); bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, and occasional lifting or supporting individuals
• Keep living spaces clean, safe, and welcoming.
• Offer medication reminders and support healthy routines.
